Prepare distributor primary sales orders while keeping an eye on demand sales reports, the monthly objective, and the distributor floor. All FSOs/SDSs (Field Sales Orders/Sales Delivery Slips) for the designated region should be kept on file. Work up payment details with distributors and the sales staff. Make ensuring that merchandise is available and moving efficiently. Create reports for the regional dashboard as necessary. Maintain close communication with the HR department regarding the hiring and firing of the sales crew. Support and mentor the sales team in the designated area while making sure that all offers and policies are communicated clearly and on time.
