Terms and Condition:
1. Before submitting an online application, please read the "General Instructions" on the application fee, written test, and interview on the PPSC website at www.ppsc.gop.pk.
2. For the duration of their employment with such a company, employees of semi-government, autonomous bodies of the federal or provincial governments, and local bodies are not eligible for an age concession.
3. If a candidate asserts that their education is equivalent to the required education, they must present an equivalence certificate of their domestic or foreign education, issued by the competent authority of the concerned administrative department's HEC/PMDC/PMC/PEC & QEDC, which the commission will accept as final, at the time of the interview or whenever the commission so requests. A candidate's candidature will be withdrawn if they don't present the Equivalence Certificate issued by the Competent Authority during the interview or whenever the Commission requests it.
4. If a candidate asserts that they have expertise with a private firm or entity, they must present documentation at the interview proving that the firm or entity is registered with SECP, the Registrar of Firms, or another regulatory body; otherwise, their application will be denied. The candidate must present documentation attesting to the fact that the private entity in question held the status of a registered body for the duration of the experience the candidate claims to have.
5. The candidates will make sure that after applying for a specific position, they immediately apply for a Departmental Permission Certificate/NOC in the department(s) that are relevant to them, and they will present this Departmental Permission Certificate/NOC at the time of the interview (if called).
6. The candidates will make sure that they have obtained or applied for registration in PEC/PNC/PMDC/PMC/PVMC or other relevant body for Registration Certificate on or before the Closing Date and provide the same at the time of interview (if called) immediately after submitting an application for a specific post made public by PPSC.
7. At the time of the interview, the candidates will make sure to present their scores, total scores, or percentage certificates for all of their degrees, as given by the Competent Authority. CGPA is inadmissible.
8. Candidates should not believe any information that is supplied by anyone other than on the PPSC website because it is not authentic.
9. Lahore will be the ONLY location for the Shorthand Test and Typing & Proficiency Test, if necessary.
10. No new applications will be accepted in the event that the concerned department changes (increases/decreases) the number of post(s).
11. Applicants are urged to deposit fees online utilising ONLY the following methods: ATMs, mobile phone banking, internet banking, over the counter (by going to the nearest *1Link Member Banks Branches), Jazz Cash, Easy Paisa, U Paisa, and other readily accessible micro-finance banks.
