Job Description
Senior Manager - Investment banking division
Assisting you not had in
managing the execution of all syndications project finance corporate advisory
and debit capital market transactions.
Lead remedial account
management and restructuring transactions.
Creating and maintaining
relationships managing new opportunities and executing transactions seamlessly
through my getting risk negotiating terms and coordinating legalities and
regulations.
Provide analytically and
due diligence input investment and credit a partial management of legal
documentation and performance of relevant agency function at a senior level.
Provide supervision on
assignments delegated to the associates and to ensure some more execution of
relevant transactions.
Manager - investment banking division
Assists the senior
manager unit had in deal structuring ring and execution.
Prepare financially
model and conducts financial analysis due diligence and risk analysis for
transactions.
Develops which is and
presentations for financially advisory and arrangement and ED marketing
documents such as teachers IMS etc.
Coordinate with
counterparts internally and externally to resolve issues in task transactions
and ensure smooth transaction disbarments execution.
Actively liaisons with
clients and syndicate members to close transactions.
Prepare comprehensive
credit proposal and coordinates with risk and ensure quick turnaround time.
Prepare research reports
along with analysis to industries companies and projects.
Ensure compliance with
all banking regulations banks internal policies as well as capital market
listening requirements and regulations with respect to various tablet
instruments and audit purposes.
Location: Karachi outside.
